I use an integrative approach that is customized to the inner workings of my clients. My approach is mind-body centred, and I use blended techniques to fit your personal needs. My training includes psychodynamic and relational methods, I maintain a trauma informed lens, and support body and somatic integration.
The services currently offered are remote and alleviate the resources and time needed for travel.
Currently I offer individual therapy catered to the subjective needs of you as the client. We work together to determine your goals relating to your therapeutic pursuit, customizing the treatment plan according to those needs.
